Composition:
Each film coated tablet contains:
Selenium yeast (1000 ug/gm) Equivalent to 55.7 ug selenium
Vit. A acetate (500 IU/mg) Equivalent to 2036.46 IU vitamin A
Ascorbic acid (97%) Equivalent to 90 mg ascorbic acid 100%
Vit. E acetate 50% Equivalent to 30 mg vitamin E 50% (15mg vitamin E)

Indications:
Antioxidant Dietary Supplement.

Dose:
One tablet daily

Precautions & Warnings:
- The increased risk of bone fracture was reported for an intake of 1500 mcg RE / day
- For most menopausal women, who are at greater risk of osteoporosis, to restrict their intake to 1500 mcg RE/ day
- Do not take the product if taking any other vitamin A Supplement
- Those taking drugs as isotretinoin should avoid the use of supplemental vitamin A
- High dose of vitamin A may increase the risk of birth defects when used by pregnant woman.
